Safeguarding is at the heart of all our work with Children, Young People and Adults at Risk.

Recruiting Group (RG) (Capita & The British Army) and Capita Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP) working with the Royal Air Force to provide their recruitment medicals, further known as “the Organisation” within this policy, has a duty to ensure that it makes arrangements to safeguard and promote the welfare of Children and Young People, and to protect Adults at Risk from abuse.
